How Do I Track My Order?

How Do I Cancel My Order/Item?
Specialgiftscollection.com strives to process your order as quickly as possible. In our effort to prevent delays, the period of time available to cancel an order is short. You may elect to cancel your entire order or a portion of your order as long as the order has not entered the shipping process. An item that is in the shipping process cannot be cancelled because it is being picked from the shelves, packaged, and stacked on the loading dock.

Returns
How Do I Return My Item?
If your return qualified for a pre-paid shipping label, you will receive a separate email providing this information. Simply click the link, print the label, place it on the outside of your return, and drop it off at the carrier’s location. This link will only be active for 10 days, so please print it off as soon as possible.
If your return did not qualify for a pre-paid shipping label, please follow the steps below so we can process your return:
Send your return with any ground service that has tracking information so we can verify the delivery of your return to our warehouse. Please hold on to your tracking information until the return process is complete.
I Received The Wrong Product!
Follow the steps above to return the product you received in error back to us and your account will be credited in the manner listed in the Credit Time Table below.

When Will My Order Ship?
Please use this formula to determine when your order will arrive:
- Processing Time = One or two days to get your order looked at, your credit card authorized, and to make sure the ship-to address is on file with your credit card company. If your card does not authorize, your order will not proceed to the next step. If your ship-to address does not match your bill-to, or is not on file with your credit card company, your order will not proceed to the next step. If your order does not proceed to the next step, we will notify you via your order status and by email with instructions on how to proceed. If no action is taken your order will be cancelled. Minimum time: 1-2 business days. We do not process your order on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.
- Warehouse Time = After your order is processed, we send it to the warehouse. If the product is still in stock, it will be shipped in a day or two. Stock availability is indicated in each product description on our web site, but high-demand items sometimes sell out faster than our web site indicators can display. Minimum time: 1-2 business days
- Shipment Time = The time it takes for the shipping company to drive or fly your product to you. If you select ground shipping, this time could be a week or two. Some budget shippers do not display tracking information. Ground shipping is the default shipper in your shopping basket so if you do not want ground shipping, you must deselect it and select another shipper before completing your purchase or you will be charged ground shipper rates. Shipping times are listed by type in the table below.
- Urgent Delivery - NOTE: If you make a purchase and select next day delivery, your order might not arrive the next day. Processing time can take 1-2 business days and warehouse time can take 1-2 business days and after that next day delivery can take 1 day. Make sure your bill to and ship to addresses are on file with your credit card company. And then monitor your email and your order status closely in case we notify you of a problem processing your order.
How Much Is My Shipping?
When you review your order at checkout, you may change your shipping speeds before completing the order. Buy.com has four shipping speeds: Group, Expedited, and Rushed. When you change speeds, the charges automatically recalculate and display in your order summary in the top right window on your screen.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $25. Just make sure you select the free shipping options when your order qualifies.
What If My "Specially Shipped" item is damaged?
IF THE DRIVER HAS NOT YET LEFT YOUR LOCATION:
Have the driver note on the delivery paperwork that the item has been received in DAMAGED condition, and that you are REFUSING the shipment. The driver will then take the damaged item and return it to Specialgiftscollection.com. Once tracking shows the item as being refused, you can contact us and we will issue a replacement or a refund without being penalized in any way.
IF THE DAMAGE HAS BEEN DISCOVERED *AFTER* THE DRIVER HAS ALREADY LEFT YOUR LOCATION YOU MUST REPORT THE DAMAGE TO SPECIALGIFTSCOLLECTION.COM WITHIN 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY AND:
- Immediately contact the carrier that delivered your item to alert them of the situation.
- Immediately contact Special Gifts Collection Customer Service at 1-800-760-9004 to report the situation. Details such as: package condition, how it was received (left at front door, signed for), description of the nature of the damage, are very helpful.
- DO NOT discard any of the shipping box or packing materials.
- DO NOT discard the product itself. (It may be necessary for the carrier that delivered the item to return to do an inspection report on the damage).
- DO NOT simply ship the item back to Specialgiftscollection.com without first being instructed to do so. Taking this action may result in a denial of a damaged item claim per shipping carrier’s claims guidelines.

Currently we accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) as well as any gift couchers/certificates you may have for Special Gifts Collection.
When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?
Credit cards- Since we don't think you should pay for your order until it is actually on its way, Specialgiftscollection.com will not bill you until your products, including backordered or preordered items, are actually shipped. In the case of Music Downloads we will bill you at the time of purchase.
Debit cards - We do authorize funds from your account as soon as you place an order, which may affect the available funds in debit accounts. With most banks, these authorizations will usually reflect as a "pending" transaction until your order ships and is officially billed.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number--the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
We never bill for credit card service fees.
